It is an honor to work alongside my clients. I have a passion for improving relationships – with individuals, couples, and families. We are created for connection and when we are stuck in cycles of disconnect – it negatively impacts our quality of life. Our relationships with ourselves and our loved ones are worth the work and you don’t have to figure this out on your own. You are already on the right path by seeking support.

My approach is centered on creating a space where each client can feel heard, validated, and respected. I believe that individuals and families possess inherent strengths and resources, and my role is to help uncover and harness them to address challenges and promote overall well-being.

I strive to empower individuals and families by fostering effective communication and building resilience within the relationships. Together, we will explore family roles, boundaries, and belief systems to identify areas for growth and change. Through this process, I aim to help individuals and families build stronger connections, deepen understanding, and cultivate a supportive and nurturing environment for all members.

Working with young adults and adolescents is a particular area of expertise and passion for me. I understand the unique developmental challenges that adolescents face and the impact these challenges can have on family dynamics. I provide a supportive environment where adolescents can explore their identity, navigate peer relationships, manage academic pressures, and develop healthy ways to regulate their emotions.

In my work, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including family systems therapy, mindfulness, trust based relationship intervention (TBRI),  and narrative approaches. I tailor my interventions to the specific needs and goals of each client or family, utilizing techniques that promote collaboration, empathy, and understanding.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and continued education; basically I’m a huge therapy nerd happy to geek out on any new research. I value cultural sensitivity and strive to create a culturally inclusive therapeutic environment that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.
